In an effort to further improve the transparency of Monegasque legal entities, in line with international standards, the Princely Government announces the online availability of basic information on civil societies, this new access adding to the existing one for commercial companies. This dematerialization of information, including the purchase of an extract from the RSSC, has been initiated by the Directorate of Economic Development in collaboration with the Interministerial Delegation responsible for Digital Transition. The procedure is accessible online 7 days a week and 24 hours a day through the MonGuichet.mc portal (online services/other section), which is the access point for all teleservices of the Administration and the Municipality of Monaco, all compatible with the Monegasque digital identity. The aim is to offer users a simplified and fully digital journey, including:

• Consultation or purchase of dematerialized RSSC extract, certified like the paper version and reusable;

They attest to the Principality of Monaco’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of international standards. How to submit a request? The procedure is accessible from MonGuichet.mc, online services/other section.
