In the great circle of life, the mysterious workings of the cosmos, there are certain events that, like the comets that astronomers wait for with bated breath, only arrive every so often. Maybe every four, six or eight years, if you are lucky. A new show by Antonia de Rendinger is one of these events. After wowing audiences around the world with her last tour-de-force, she is back with her latest creation, even bigger, even better and even more brilliant (we don’t know how she does it, but she does). This new show has all the ingredients: new characters, sublime monologues, an elegant and subtle set design and provocative reflections on controversial topics.
