Menton is preparing to host a new event dedicated to wellness and natural practices. On Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026, the Salon du Louvre, on avenue Boyer, will host the Salon du Bien-Être, a two-day event for visitors interested in discovering new practices, meeting professionals and exploring products related to wellness and personal care.
Admission to the event will be free, with the salon open from 9 am to 7 pm on both days.
The event will bring together artisans, creators, therapists and speakers, offering a programme ranging from body-focused disciplines and natural practices to crafts, cosmetics and activities related to personal development.
The Salon du Bien-Être is designed as an opportunity for discovery and direct interaction. Visitors will be able to meet different practitioners and learn more about a variety of approaches to wellness.
The programme will include yoga, reflexology, chirology, iridology, Bach flower remedies, magnetism and energy treatments. The exhibition area will also feature handmade creations, jewellery made with natural stones, minerals and a selection of products inspired by natural practices.
There will also be honey, essential oils, hydrosols and cosmetics, together with other handmade products.
A significant part of the event will be dedicated to artisans and creators, showcasing objects and products inspired by nature.
Exhibitors will present natural stones and minerals, as well as jewellery and handmade creations. It will be an opportunity to discover products and craftsmanship from small producers and professionals working in the sector.
The area dedicated to natural products will also feature different types of cosmetics, essential oils, hydrosols and products made with natural ingredients.
The weekend programme will also include several yoga sessions for both children and adults.
On Saturday 17 October, children’s sessions are scheduled for 9:15 am, while adults can attend sessions at 10 am and 4:30 pm.
On Sunday 18 October, yoga for children will take place at 9:15 am, followed by the adult session at 10 am.
The activities will complement the exhibition programme with practical sessions focused on movement and relaxation.
The Salon du Bien-Être will also feature a series of talks and conferences, scheduled throughout the morning and afternoon.
Saturday 17 October will include sessions at 11 am, 11:45 am, 1:20 pm, 2 pm, 2:45 pm, 3:30 pm, 5:30 pm and 6:15 pm.
On Sunday 18 October, the programme will continue with talks at 11 am, 11:50 am, 1:15 pm, 2 pm, 2:45 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:15 pm, 5 pm and 6 pm.
The programme will allow visitors to explore the various themes presented by exhibitors and learn more about approaches and disciplines related to wellness and personal development.
Alongside disciplines more closely connected with the body, the event will also feature activities and consultations related to personal development and intuitive practices.
The programme includes mediumship, oracle cards, numerology, astrology and intuitive guidance, as well as activities focusing on communication with animals and deceased loved ones.
These activities will be presented alongside reflexology, chirology, iridology, Bach flower remedies and energy treatments, creating a particularly broad programme.
One of the most convivial moments of the weekend will be the raffle, scheduled for Sunday 18 October at 4:45 pm.
Prizes will be provided by exhibitors and event partners, offering visitors a chance to take part in a relaxed activity and round off the weekend on a friendly note.
