Maona Monte-Carlo officially reopened its doors on May 24, 2024, and will continue to enchant summer evenings until September 29. With its idyllic seaside setting, open-air cabaret atmosphere, Mediterranean cuisine and Monegasque specialties, vintage cocktail bar, and “Belle Epoque” soundtrack curated by the electro collective Bon Entendeur, Maona Monte-Carlo has been a new must for summer evenings in Monaco since summer 2023. Alongside Maona, the evening versions of Club la Vigie, COYA Monte-Carlo, and Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo complete the offer for a festive seaside experience in pure Monte-Carlo style.

“M as in Maona… and Music”

From the 1960s to 2020, Maona Monte-Carlo has always been known for its musical atmosphere. 2024 will be no exception, with the liveliest rhythms from the 1960s to the 1990s of “Belle Epoque”, the label of the French electro collective Bon Entendeur, the resident DJ, and the return of the Diva, for a touch of glamour and festivity, in the spirit of a summer Cabaret. This summer, the Diva will be incarnated by Niki Black.

An American-Iranian artist born in Los Angeles, Niki Black combines her powerful and warm voice with her talent as a pianist. As a contestant on The Voice France in 2021, she impressed the judges and the audience with her piano performance, reaching the semifinals. It is at the keyboard that the artist will perform live every evening from Tuesday to Saturday, delighting guests from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Music is then entrusted to the resident DJ, DJ Jay, with mixes inspired by tracks from the 1960s and 1970s, as well as more recent songs.

New Delicacies on the Menu
Maona Monte-Carlo is expanding its menu for the second season, with delicious Mediterranean cuisine led by Chef Vincenzo Giordano: a special mention goes to the chef’s new signature dish, the Chapon Royal de Méditerranée, which joins the Bouillabaisse Maona.

For an aperitif before dinner or an extended after-dinner with live music, head to Bar Sauvage, the lounge bar of Maona Monte-Carlo. Here, head bartender Marco Stella will present his sublime classic cocktails, in the Maona Monte-Carlo style, such as the Américano rosé, made with Vermouth Monte-Carlo and Vodka 06. You can also be tempted (in moderation) by original creations like the Negroni soufflé (gin, mancino rosso, Mozart dark chocolate, and puffed rice), the Margarita Sauvage (blanco tequila, mandarin, lime, wild thyme, Sauvage spray), and the Maona Spritz (Rinomato Aperitivo deciso, Sakura mancino, strawberry soda, and white wine).

Every evening from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Bar Sauvage offers its Monegasque-style aperitif, Da Spartagià, a moment of sharing and conviviality, with cocktails created by the head bartender and accompanied by Mediterranean snacks.
