Mr. Jean-Philippe VINCI has been appointed Director of National Education, Youth, and Sports.

After 13 years in charge of this important department, Mrs. Isabelle BONNAL will hand over the reins of the Directorate of National Education, Youth, and Sports to Mr. Jean-Philippe VINCI, who has been appointed Director of National Education, Youth, and Sports effective July 1, 2024.

An Agrégé in Philosophy and holder of a Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris, where he was later recruited as a Lecturer, Mr. Jean-Philippe VINCI has been teaching at Albert I High School since 1996. His experience in administration, having served for three years as a Mission Officer at the Directorate of National Education, Youth, and Sports, as well as his missions with UNESCO and the Council of Europe, provide him with significant advantages to successfully carry out his new duties.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Prince Pierre Foundation and the Management Committee of the Princess Grace Theatre.

At the end of Mrs. Isabelle BONNAL’s term, the Princely Government commends her dedication and unwavering commitment throughout her career at the head of National Education, Youth, and Sports and thanks her for her actions in this strategic area.

The Princely Government extends warm wishes for success to Mr. Jean-Philippe VINCI for the important mission that has now been entrusted to him.
