Inauguration of the new Promenade de la Mer in Menton

A flagship project of the municipal program, the Promenade de la Mer will be inaugurated on Monday, July 15 at 7 PM, in a festive atmosphere.

Residents of Menton and tourists are invited to explore the shops, restaurants, and private beaches that make up this new space, redesigned in the same spirit as the Sablettes esplanade, with wooden terraces, natural stone paving, and new street lamps.

PROGRAM

7:00 PM:

• Inaugural speech by the Mayor
• Ribbon-cutting ceremony and unveiling of the plaque

7:30 PM:

• Enjoy free lemonade in a festive and musical atmosphere
• Poetic show “L’Appel du Large” with a ballet of stilt-walking seagulls symbolizing our community spirit, accompanied by the sunny rhythms of Pangea with percussion

9:00 PM:

• Start of the evening “Nights of the Sun”
• DJ Pete Kassidy concert on the water at Baie des Sablettes

10:30 PM:

• Fireworks show
• On the theme “Electro Wave” from Baie des Sablettes
