The modifications made to the route of the 92nd edition of the Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo by the Organizing Committee of the Automobile Club de Monaco, the inaugural event of the FIA World Rally Championship 2020 (WRC), are significant, representing more than 50% compared to the previous year. This new route cleverly combines tradition and originality, with significantly extended timed stages, specially laid out in the departments of Alpes-Maritimes and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.

The 92nd edition of Rallye Monte-Carlo 2024 will feature 17 timed sections, totaling 300 kilometers. Scheduled from January 22 to January 28, 2024, the race aims to blend many traditional features that have garnered broad consensus among all participants in previous editions. The time and distance schedule has been available for a long time, providing a detailed overview of the challenges drivers will face during the event.

The highly anticipated Rallye Monte-Carlo 2024 will start its Shakedown on Wednesday on a 3.35 km route, with the official start scheduled for Thursday, January 25, at 4:52 PM in front of the Casino, following the well-established tradition. One of the novelties of this edition is the return to Gap, the hometown of French champion Sébastien Ogier, which will host the rally’s service park. The most demanding day will be Saturday, with 134.86 kilometers of timed stages spread over 3 special stages to be repeated twice each. The rally will conclude on Sunday with special stages between Gap and Monte-Carlo, culminating in the traditional awards ceremony. For those traveling to the French borders, an interactive Google map showing all special stages is available.
