Triple Sea Food announces five new openings for its two flagship brands, Vesta and Casa Fiori Chiari, which are set to arrive in Monte Carlo, Versilia, and Porto Cervo. These are joined by the reopening of Vesta Portofino, located in the bay of Paraggi.
Each project is guided by a precise strategy, built around a clear gastronomic identity, architectural language, and a coherent concept of hospitality that harmonizes cuisine, atmosphere, and rhythm.

Starting from Thursday, April 10, 2025, Monte Carlo will welcome the Vesta restaurant, located alongside Twiga. On Friday, April 18, Vesta in Versilia will move inside Twiga, while its previous location will be transformed into the new beach club and restaurant Casa Fiori Chiari. The same day also marks the reopening of Vesta Portofino.
Finally, in July, Porto Cervo will host new venues for both Vesta and Casa Fiori Chiari.
