The Monaco Yacht Show 2026, one of the world’s leading international events dedicated to the luxury yachting industry, will take place from September 23 to 26, 2026, at Port Hercule in Monaco.
During the event, specific access and navigation restrictions will apply within Port Hercule in order to ensure safety and the smooth running of the show.
The restrictions will be in force from midnight on September 23 until 6:30 p.m. on September 26, 2026.
Throughout this period, access to Port Hercule will be completely closed to boat traffic from midnight to 7:00 a.m.
Between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, only vessels holding an access badge issued by S.A.M. Monaco Yacht Show will be permitted to navigate within the port.
Yacht owners and recreational boaters planning to enter Port Hercule during the Monaco Yacht Show should therefore make the necessary arrangements in advance and apply for the required authorization.
In addition to the access restrictions, a maximum speed limit of 3 knots will apply throughout the Monaco Yacht Show 2026 within the port area.
This measure has been introduced for safety reasons, given the high number of vessels, visitors, crew members and industry professionals expected during the event.
Boat owners and recreational boaters wishing to obtain an identification badge must submit their request directly to S.A.M. Monaco Yacht Show.
Applications can be submitted starting August 18, 2026, and must be completed no later than September 11, 2026.
For information and to submit a request, S.A.M. Monaco Yacht Show can be contacted by telephone at:

It is recommended not to wait until the final days to complete the procedure, particularly for boaters planning to access or transit through Port Hercule during the event.
For boaters planning to navigate within Port Hercule during the event, the main provisions are:
The Monaco Yacht Show is one of the busiest events on the international yachting calendar. The restrictions introduced for the 2026 edition are therefore particularly relevant to boaters planning to enter, leave or transit through Port Hercule during the exhibition.
Boaters without the required badge should take these restrictions into account when planning their movements and should not attempt to access the port without the necessary authorization.
For anyone navigating Monaco’s waters during the Monaco Yacht Show 2026, checking the access requirements in advance and complying with the closure periods and 3-knot speed limit will be essential for safe navigation and compliance with the regulations in force during the event.
