As the end of the year approaches, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins continue to celebrate the 2025–2026 festive season with a rich programme of events running from 29 December until Sunday, 4 January. Christmas villages, children’s activities, music, entertainment and New Year celebrations offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the holiday atmosphere until the very last day.
The heart of the celebrations remains the Christmas Village on the Esplanade du Pré des Pêcheurs, a safe and welcoming space where visitors can stroll among food and craft chalets, family attractions, wooden games, fairground rides and a large Ferris wheel. The village remains open until 4 January, with extended opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays and special schedules on public holidays.
Place de Gaulle and Place Nationale also continue to host Christmas markets, food stalls, rides and free workshops for children, making Antibes’ city centre an ideal destination for family outings during the final days of the holidays.
For a more playful experience, Place des Martyrs de la Résistance offers activities such as pedal-powered sulkies, designed for both children and adults.
Festive entertainment continues with live music and roaming performances, particularly on weekends and public holidays, right up to 3 and 4 January 2026, when the city will bid farewell to the Christmas season with artistic performances and musical shows.
In Juan-les-Pins, one of the most popular attractions is the ice skating rink set up in Square Jacques Leonetti (Petite Pinède), open until 4 January. Suitable for all ages and free for children under 10, it remains a highlight of the festive season.
Nearby, families can also enjoy the educational farm, with animals and free pony rides (except on 1 January), a much-loved experience for younger visitors. Food trucks offering snacks and hot drinks are available around the skating rink.
The Christmas lights continue to illuminate the streets of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins every evening, creating a magical atmosphere until the end of the festive period.
The highlight of the celebrations will take place on Wednesday, 1 January 2026, in Juan-les-Pins, with a full day of festivities culminating in New Year’s fireworks over the bay at 6:00 pm. The programme also includes a Marching Band in the early afternoon and a colourful teddy bear parade, offering entertainment for all ages.
Until 4 January 2026, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins invite residents and visitors alike to enjoy the last moments of the holiday season, with markets, entertainment, family activities and open-air festivities.
A perfect opportunity to say goodbye to the festive season at a relaxed pace, strolling among lights and decorations before the return to everyday life in January.
