Padel Best Expo, the 1st edition at the Grimaldi Forum in Monte-Carlo

From April 7th to 9th, the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco will host the first edition of PADEL BEST EXPO, a prestigious event dedicated to the world of padel, conceived and produced by the Italian company BSG, already known for promoting the first FIVE PADEL CUP in April 2023.

The event will feature the participation of numerous iconic figures and legends from the international sports world, many of whom come from football and beyond.

PADEL BEST EXPO will be the setting for the CUPRA FIP TOUR 2024, a global professional circuit organized by the International Padel Federation. Among the 120 tournaments held worldwide throughout the year, one stage is scheduled at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco during PADEL BEST EXPO, featuring a competition dedicated to players participating in this prestigious championship. The competition will be official, and the points earned by each player will contribute to the rankings of the CUPRA FIP TOUR 2024.

THE EVENT

PADEL BEST EXPO is an unmissable event for padel enthusiasts and offers various points of interest. For these three days in the Principality of Monaco, BSG has selected some of the world’s most prestigious companies and brands to showcase their products designed for the practice of this rapidly growing sport.

The goal is to highlight current trends in an environment conducive to sports and professional encounters.

The Grimaldi Forum will be set up to showcase cutting-edge equipment, new materials, courts, and more, with the aim of showcasing products and companies to a wide audience of expected visitors.

The expo also provides an opportunity for regular players to meet and share a unique experience based on their common passion for padel. Additionally, it serves as an opportunity for less experienced players to discover the specificities of this sport and playing techniques through contact with industry professionals present at PADEL BEST EXPO.

The second edition of the FIVE PADEL CUP will take place within the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. Organizers will set up multiple padel courts, allowing the FIVE PADEL CUP to unfold in the heart of PADEL BEST EXPO. Five tournaments will run simultaneously on these courts over the three days, aiming to highlight the universality of this sport by bringing together personalities from different backgrounds. This demonstrates that the richness of padel lies in the diversity of participants.

The competitions will be announced in the coming weeks, but organizers have already confirmed the participation of the Ukrainian football legend Andriy Shevchenko. Winner of the Ballon d’Or in 2004, the former Milan striker will participate in PADEL BEST EXPO as an ambassador of “Football for Ukraine CIO,” also with the goal of raising funds for the association.

The Monegasque Padel Federation is the official partner of PADEL BEST EXPO, providing an opportunity to directly engage athletes who have contributed to the international success of Monegasque padel through competitions over the years (European championships, World Championship qualifications, etc.).

The Barbagiuans of Monaco will also participate in PADEL BEST EXPO, joining the FIVE PADEL CUP tournament for VIPs in sports, as they did last April. The group, founded by Prince Albert II and now chaired by Louis Ducruet, will field several teams, primarily composed of iconic figures from local and international football (players will be announced shortly).

In addition to “Football For Ukraine,” part of the funds raised will go directly to FIGHT AIDS MONACO, the charitable organization fighting HIV founded in 2004 and chaired by H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie.
