Monaco is getting ready to welcome a vibrant spring season, full of shows, exhibitions, and sports events. Here’s a selection of the must-see events to fully enjoy the start of spring in the Principality and its surroundings.

Printemps des Arts
In March, the Principality celebrates Printemps des Arts, an event that will transform Monaco into a cultural stage. Concerts, screenings, and orchestral performances will fill the cultural landmarks of Monaco. And if you’re under 25, admission will be free!

Les Sérénissimes de l’Humour
From March 12 to 15, the Grimaldi Forum will host a series of comedy shows featuring Philippe Lelouche, Michel Boujenah, and Bun Hay Mean. The evenings promise to bring joy and fun. Also, on March 14, the Comedy Club des Sérénissimes will feature a stand-up comedy night with emerging young talents. Tickets are already available!

For Kids
For families with children, there’s an unmissable new attraction: the Museum of Illusions in Nice has just opened its doors. We had the pleasure of visiting it, and we can say that the experience was absolutely amazing! It’s the perfect place for fun for both adults and kids.

MÉDITERRANÉE 2050
On March 29, the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco will inaugurate its new immersive exhibition “MÉDITERRANÉE 2050,” an experiential journey into the Mediterranean of the future. It’s an opportunity to reflect and raise awareness among visitors about environmental challenges and the need for concrete action for the future of our sea.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations
From March 14 to 17, the Café de Paris Casino will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with special events, including a 100% winning lucky wheel! There will be DJ sets and the distribution of chocolate coins from a magical cauldron. An unmissable experience for those looking to dive into the Irish atmosphere.

Sports
Sports enthusiasts will have many opportunities for entertainment in March. Rugby will be the main focus: on March 15, the Mercato della Condamine will host a giant screen to follow the Six Nations Tournament throughout the day.

In basketball, on March 8, in honor of International Women’s Day, the women of the Monaco Basket Association will play a special game at the Gaston-Médecin Arena. This match will not only have sports significance but also a powerful social message.

The Roca Team (men’s basketball) will play two crucial games in Betclic Elite against Paris Basket and ASVEL on March 9 and 22. On March 20, the Roca Boys will host Fenerbahce in Euroleague.

Discovery of the Month
For an evening of pure fun, don’t miss the SMAKELIJK! Comedy Club at the Méridien Beach Plaza, which on March 7 and 8 will feature three of Belgium’s most promising comedians: Sarah Lélé, Pierre-Emmanuel alias P.E., and Sacha Ferra. A guaranteed laugh!

Culture and Innovation
Meanwhile, preparations for the Monaco Grand Prix are in full swing, with the assembly of stands and infrastructure beginning on March 3. Every day, the Principality is transforming to prepare for this world-class event that will take place in May.

Lastly, don’t forget to join a free guided tour to discover the new sustainable district Mareterra. The tours, organized by the Government of Monaco, will take place every Wednesday, March 12 and 19, starting at 14:00 from Place Princesse Gabriella.

March in Monaco is shaping up to be a month full of extraordinary events for all tastes. All that’s left is to choose what to do and enjoy every single moment of this vibrant season!
