Tribute Téléphone in Cap d’Ail: French Rock Returns to the Spotlight at the Soirées Estivales with Jean-Louis & Co

The summer music season on the French Riviera continues with a new event dedicated to the greatest names in French rock. On Wednesday, August 5 at 9:00 p.m., the Amphi de la Mer in Cap d’Ail will host the concert “Tribute Téléphone” by Jean-Louis & Co, as part of the Soirées Estivales organised by the Department of the Alpes-Maritimes.

This free evening is designed for all live music enthusiasts, offering the opportunity to relive the energy, sound, and unforgettable songs of Téléphone, one of the most influential bands in the history of French rock.

Jean-Louis & Co celebrates the Téléphone legacy

Founded in 2015, Jean-Louis & Co presents a show entirely dedicated to Téléphone, recreating the spirit and intensity of the original band.

The musicians take on the roles of the four legendary members of the French group — Jean-Louis Aubert, Louis Bertignac, Richard Kolinka, and Corine Marienneau — faithfully recreating the atmosphere of the concerts that marked an entire generation of rock fans.

Through an engaging performance and a repertoire filled with iconic tracks, the tribute band brings the energy of Téléphone’s music to audiences across France and Europe, combining powerful guitar riffs, memorable melodies, and the raw spirit of live rock performances.

One hour and 45 minutes of French rock classics

During the evening at the Amphi de la Mer, Jean-Louis & Co will perform a live show lasting approximately one hour and 45 minutes, featuring some of Téléphone’s most celebrated songs.

The audience will have the chance to sing along to legendary tracks including:

• “Ça C’est Vraiment Toi”

• “Un Autre Monde”
• “New York Avec Toi”

A free summer concert in Cap d’Ail

The event is organised by the Department of the Alpes-Maritimes and the City of Cap d’Ail, in partnership with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office and the Rotary Club of Beausoleil, Cap d’Ail, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and La Turbie.

Doors will open at 8:00 p.m. During the evening, a light food service will also be available, organised by the Rotary Club.

The concert will take place at the Amphi de la Mer, Avenue Marquet, in Cap d’Ail.

Admission is free, subject to availability.
