At the heart of the story lies the extraordinary world of the Jellicle Cats, who gather once a year for a special night—the night of the great Jellicle Ball. During this collective ritual, each cat shares its story, hoping to be chosen by the wise Old Deuteronomy to ascend to the “Heaviside Layer”, a symbolic place of rebirth and new beginnings.

Among them, the audience is particularly moved by Grizabella, the once-glamorous cat now wandering alone, seeking redemption through her iconic and emotional song Memory, filled with longing and hope.
