Three days dedicated to well-being, prevention and a greater sense of personal balance. From September 25 to 27, 2026, the Complexe Saint-Exupéry in Draguignan will host the eighth edition of the Salon du bien-être, an event focused on health, wellness and self-care.
The theme chosen for the 2026 edition is “Le bonheur d’être soi”, or “The happiness of being oneself”. The theme runs throughout a programme exploring the relationship between health, emotions, self-awareness and quality of life.
Organised by the City of Draguignan in partnership with Julien Events and Jardin des Alchimistes, the Salon du bien-être will bring together around 100 professionals from different fields connected with wellness and personal care.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet practitioners and discover products, services and disciplines ranging from natural cosmetics and nutrition to body practices and personal development.
The programme also includes around 20 conferences, workshops and practical activities, giving visitors the opportunity to explore different approaches to well-being.
One of the key themes of this year’s event is integrative health, presented as an approach that brings conventional medicine into dialogue with complementary practices and activities focused on prevention.
The programme includes yoga, meditation, sophrology, hypnosis, naturopathy, osteopathy and Ayurveda, offering visitors the opportunity to discover a range of practices associated with personal care and physical and mental balance.
Among the guests of the 2026 edition is physician Olivier Benarroche, who specialises in medical hypnosis.
His conference will take place on Saturday, September 26 at 4:30 p.m. and will address stress, overload and burnout, with a focus on the role of hypnosis and neuroscience.
The programme will also feature physiotherapist Laurie Ducatez, who will explore the relationship between physiotherapy and parenting.
Alongside the conferences, exhibitors will present a wide range of products and services.
The stands will feature honey, candles, minerals, spirulina and cosmetics, as well as services related to massage, personal development, home environment harmonisation, self-esteem and ecology.
A dedicated section will also focus on the relationship between people and animals, with proposals addressing communication, nutrition and natural care.
The 2026 edition will also introduce several new features designed to make the event more varied and accessible to different audiences.
These include an intuitive painting workshop, while a coffee and smoothie stand will welcome visitors at the entrance.
There will also be dedicated spaces for children and a food area featuring food trucks, allowing visitors to combine the programme of activities with informal dining options.
The Salon du bien-être in Draguignan 2026 will be open:
Admission costs €3, while a pass valid for two or three days costs €5. Admission is free for children under 16.
The organisers expect approximately 2,500 visitors over the three days, confirming the event’s established place in the local calendar dedicated to wellness and personal care.
For an entire weekend, the Complexe Saint-Exupéry in Draguignan will become a meeting place dedicated to discovering practices, disciplines and services related to health, prevention and self-care, all centred around the theme of this eighth edition: “Le bonheur d’être soi”.
