Cagnes-sur-Mer Lights Up the Summer with Promenade en Fête
One of the Riviera’s most beloved summer events is back: on Saturday, July 26, Cagnes-sur-Mer hosts the 28th edition of “Promenade en Fête”, a festive open-air evening along the iconic Promenade de la Plage.

From 6:00 p.m., the stretch between Boulevard Kennedy and Avenue Jean Jaurès will be closed to traffic and fully pedestrianized to welcome over 20,000 visitors. A free, family-friendly celebration filled with music, fun, and community spirit.

Five Stages, Countless Sounds: Music for Everyone
Starting at 8:30 p.m., five live stages will line the promenade, offering an eclectic musical mix: from pop to rock, Latin beats to dance music. Live performances by high-level artists will keep the energy going until midnight.

Fireworks and Fun for All Ages
At 10:15 p.m., all eyes will turn to the sky for a dazzling fireworks display over the sea — the highlight of the evening. But the fun doesn’t stop there: children and families can enjoy inflatables, trampolines, and even a “Ninja Challenge” obstacle course for teens and adults.

Dinner by the Sea in a Festive Atmosphere
Local restaurants will expand their terraces especially for the occasion, offering outdoor dining with seaside views in a lively setting. Reservations are highly recommended due to the high turnout.

Traffic Info and Free Parking
To ensure a smooth event, vehicle access to the Promenade de la Plage will be closed from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Visitors can use 2,000 free parking spots at the racecourse (open from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.) and enjoy free parking citywide in all metered areas.
