Fontvieille: Call for Applications for Two Commercial Spaces in the Shopping Centre

As part of the planned renovation and restructuring of the Fontvieille Shopping Centre, the Government of Monaco has launched a call for applications for the lease of two commercial spaces.

The announcement was published in the Journal de Monaco on Friday 27 February and Friday 6 March 2026 and concerns two retail units located within the shopping centre.

A shop with storage space

The first call concerns a commercial unit (Lot 269), formerly occupied by Yamamay, located on the ground floor of the centre.

The premises offer approximately 51 m² of retail space, together with a storage room of about 15.84 m², located in the car park on the first basement level (Zone A14 – No. 01-39).

The premises must be used exclusively for commercial retail activities, with the explicit exclusion of any type of food service or restaurant activity.

A commercial kiosk with terrace

The second call concerns a commercial kiosk (Lot 278), also located on the ground floor.

The kiosk has an indoor surface of approximately 35 m² and is accompanied by a terrace area of about 48 m², identified as Parcel 279.

This space is also intended exclusively for commercial activities. Food service activities requiring the installation of an extraction system are strictly prohibited.

Excluded uses

The call specifies that liberal professions and the use of the premises as offices are not permitted.

Site visits

Interested applicants will be able to visit the premises on Friday 13 March 2026 according to the following schedule:

• Commercial unit with storage (Lot 269): from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

• Kiosk with terrace (Lots 278 and 279): from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

How to apply

Application files can be collected from the Administration des Domaines, located on the 5th floor, 5 Promenade Honoré II – Hall A in Monaco, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

They can also be downloaded online via the “Mon Entreprise” portal of the Government of Monaco.

Applications must be submitted to the Administration des Domaines by 27 March 2026 at 12:00 noon, which is the strict deadline.

Authorities also stress that only complete application files including all required documents will be considered.
