Biot is already wrapped in magic: from 30 November to 30 December 2025, the glassmakers’ town of the French Riviera welcomes residents and visitors with “Biot j’adore Noël”, a month-long celebration filled with lights, free events and fairytale atmospheres.
The historic centre glows along the “Chemin des façades”, enriched this year with three new spectacular scenes: the Gingerbread House, the Teddy Bear Villa and the Frozen Kingdom. Every day until 24 December, an open-air Advent calendar surprise awaits passers-by.
From 19 December, the traditional Christmas market opens with around thirty chalets showcasing artisanal creations, jewellery, decorations and cinnamon-scented treats. The perfect place to find unique gifts and savour festive delights.
Inside the Hedberg-Torun exhibition rooms, children can meet the Père Noël, hand him their wishes and take home a memorable photo. Santa will be present until 30 December, appearing occasionally in the village streets as well.
From 20 to 30 December, Biot comes alive with luminous parades: sparkling unicorns, colourful hot-air balloons, dancing bears and fantastic creatures enliven the streets, thanks to artistic companies from across Europe. A magical experience for all ages.
The Hedberg-Torun rooms also host a culinary festival featuring Michelin-starred chefs such as Massimo Viglietti, Jacques Rolancy, Michaël Fulci and Émilien Brietz, ready to reveal the secrets of their craft.
On 12 December, the esplanade Saint-Philippe is the stage for the Fête de la Sainte-Lucie, with a luminous parade and a sweet goûter for children. On 26 December, the “Moon Boots” night transforms Biot into a festive ski slope. On 30 December, the town closes the season with “En attendant Sylvestre”, a collective toast to welcome 2026.
From donkey rides through the village to sledding and giant wooden games, every corner of Biot becomes an adventure playground for young visitors.
Biot shines as one of the most enchanting Christmas destinations on the French Riviera: a December full of emotions, traditions and moments to share with the whole family.
