From July 7 to 9, 2025, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco will host the ninth edition of Art Monte-Carlo, held under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. In an exclusive and sophisticated atmosphere, the fair confirms its status as a key event for modern and contemporary art on the European scene.

Over 30 carefully selected international galleries are showcasing works by more than 200 artists, ranging from renowned masters to promising newcomers, reflecting the vibrant dialogue between the art market and cultural institutions. The opening, preceded by a private cocktail for collectors, was graced by the discreet yet meaningful presence of H.R.H. Princess Caroline of Hanover, highlighting once again the deep connection between the Princely Family and the arts.

For the first time, the fair takes place in the newly expanded Grimaldi Forum, which in 2025 added 6,000 m² of indoor space and 2,000 m² of outdoor areas, offering a brighter, more immersive and scenic experience. Leading galleries featured in this edition include Almine Rech, Franco Noero, Mennour, Robilant + Voena, Continua, Waddington Custot, Suzanne Tarasieve, Cortesi Gallery, and Vedovi.

A special highlight of this year is the curated section led by Didier Ottinger, designed in dialogue with the “Couleurs!” exhibition by the Centre Pompidou, opening July 8 at the same venue. The Solo Art Monte-Carlo – F.P. Journe Prize also returns, with the winning work to be acquired by the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco (NMNM).

Art Monte-Carlo is a major part of the Monaco Art Week (July 7–12), contributing to a dynamic cultural calendar with off-site exhibitions, exclusive auctions – such as Monaco Sculptures by Artcurial on July 9 – and a series of four “Art Talks” scheduled for July 8 and 9.

Elegant, curated, and deeply international, Art Monte-Carlo 2025 reaffirms Monaco’s cultural prestige, blending aesthetics, vision, and institutional support in an unmissable event for collectors and art lovers alike.
