8th Prix Nice Baie des Anges: the eight novels in competition.

Eight novels have been selected to compete for the 28th Prix Nice Baie des Anges: the jury, among all the books received, has chosen those that will vie for the prestigious prize.

On Thursday, May 18, 2024, Christian Estrosi will present the new edition of the Nice Book Festival and announce the winner of the 2024 Prix Nice Baie des Anges.

The award ceremony will take place on May 31, coinciding with the opening of the Nice Book Festival, scheduled from May 31 to June 2, 2024.

The eight competing books are:

• Au-dedans, Yannick GRANNEC (Anne Carrière)
• Chaleur humaine, Serge JONCOUR (Albin Michel)
• Dans le ventre de Klara, Régis JAUFFRET (Recamier)
• Jusqu’à ce que mort s’ensuive, Olivier ROLIN (Gallimard)
• L’inconnue du portrait, Camille de PERETTI (Calmann-Lévy)
• La langue des choses cachées, Cécile COULON (L’Iconoclaste)
• La Louisiane, Julia MALYE (Stock)
• La maîtresse italienne, Jean-Marie ROUART, de l’Académie française (Gallimard)
