Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo 2026: International Haute Cuisine Returns to the Principality

Monte-Carlo is preparing to once again take center stage in the world of international gastronomy with the sixth edition of Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo, organized by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and dedicated to bringing together some of the most renowned chefs on the global culinary scene.

The 2026 program features major names in international cuisine, invited to share their kitchens and creativity with the chefs of the Resort’s Michelin-starred restaurants. The result is a calendar of exclusive dinners and culinary collaborations designed to showcase different techniques, ingredients and gastronomic philosophies.

The first major event is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, at L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, the gastronomic restaurant at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.

For the occasion, Yannick Alléno and Martino Ruggieri will join forces for an exclusive four-hands dinner. Their different professional backgrounds will come together in a menu specially created for the event, offering guests the opportunity to experience a genuine dialogue between two culinary styles and visions.

Just a few days later, on Wednesday, September 23, the spotlight will move to Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris.

There, Alain Ducasse will share the kitchen with Björn Frantzén for another exclusive four-hands dinner bringing together two leading figures in international haute cuisine.

The event will be one of the highlights of the Festival, confirming the event’s mission to create opportunities for direct exchange between internationally acclaimed chefs.

Six Michelin-starred restaurants involved in the Festival

The sixth edition brings together six Michelin-starred restaurants operated by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, located across some of the Principality’s most prestigious hotels and resorts.

The gastronomic journey includes:

• Le Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort;
• Le Grill, at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo;
• Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse, at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo;
• L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo;
• Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo;

• Elsa Marcel Ravin, at Monte-Carlo Beach.

The Resort’s gastronomic network is one of the Festival’s major strengths. Its resident chefs become the protagonists of collaborations with colleagues from different countries and culinary traditions.

The Grand Gala will close the sixth edition

The Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo 2026 will continue throughout the autumn before culminating in the Festival Gala, scheduled for November 14.

The evening will bring together three celebrated chefs: Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alléno and Marcel Ravin, who will take to the kitchen and prepare their creations for guests. The sweet finale will be entrusted to renowned pastry chef Cédric Grolet.

The Gala promises to be the grand finale of a season devoted to haute cuisine and collaboration between some of the world’s most celebrated culinary talents.
