On the occasion of the 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum, the Government of the Principality of Monaco, through its Attractiveness Unit, will host Monaco Day on Wednesday 21 January 2026. The event will take place at Monaco House, a symbolic venue located in the heart of Davos, where the global political and economic community comes together.
Positioned alongside the official WEF programme, Monaco Day unfolds in a unique environment that brings together heads of state, business leaders, investors, experts and opinion leaders from around the world. This setting offers a rare opportunity to foster more in-depth and open discussions, complementing traditional institutional formats.
Designed as a highly selective, high-quality gathering, Monaco Day is conceived as a space for meaningful exchange, entirely dedicated to the theme “Constructive Neutrality – The Power of Constructive Neutrality.” Its ambition is to encourage attentive listening, thoughtful reflection and the creation of valuable connections among public decision-makers, entrepreneurs, investors, innovators and creators, within an atmosphere conducive to genuine dialogue.
Through this initiative, the Attractiveness Unit aims to strengthen Monaco’s international positioning, promote its economic and institutional model, and support the development of new strategic relationships. The programme will feature high-level panels with leading figures and provide a privileged platform to address major contemporary issues, including economics, technology, the environment and society.
Among the speakers who have already confirmed their participation are Pierre-André Chiappori, Minister of Finance and Economy of the Principality; Bernard d’Alessandri, Secretary General and Managing Director of the Yacht Club de Monaco; Yves Bonzon, CIO of Julius Baer; Ida Liu, CEO of HSBC Private Bank; David Rubenstein, CEO of the Carlyle Group; Michelle Zatlyn, CEO of Cloudflare; Ben Lamm, CEO of Colossal; Jack Hidary, CEO of SandboxAQ; Christophe Navarre, board member of Société des Bains de Mer and former CEO of Moët-Hennessy; and Espen Øino, naval architect and CEO of Espen Øino International, alongside many other key players from the global economic and innovation landscape.
As highlighted by Ludmilla Raconnat le Goff, Delegate for Attractiveness of the Principality, “Davos is a moment when, over just a few days, public and economic decision-makers from around the world converge. Monaco’s presence follows a clear rationale: to be where major exchanges take place, to showcase our strengths, anticipate economic transformations and identify high-potential opportunities for the Principality.”
Monaco Day fully embodies this vision: an exclusive forum designed to take the time to listen, compare perspectives and engage in constructive dialogue, in line with the Monégasque culture of openness and exchange.
