Menton Celebrates Citrus: the 92nd Fête du Citron® Returns

Menton is preparing to host one of the most anticipated events of the year with the 92nd edition of the Fête du Citron®, an iconic celebration of the French Riviera and a true symbol of the region’s citrus-growing heritage. From February 14 to March 1, 2026, the city will come alive for more than two weeks with a spectacular and diverse programme designed for visitors of all ages.

At the heart of the festival are the Jardin Biovès, where impressive monumental citrus sculptures take shape — striking, ephemeral works of art that showcase creativity, craftsmanship and a deep connection to the local territory. Alongside these installations, the event features decorated float parades, culinary experiences, themed markets and a wide range of entertainment throughout the city.

Among the most eagerly awaited highlights are the famous Corsos des Fruits d’Or, the grand parades of floats adorned with lemons and oranges, scheduled for Sunday, February 15; Sunday, February 22; and Sunday, March 1, 2026, along the Promenade du Soleil. The programme also includes much-loved events such as the Orchid and Winter Garden Show, the craft market, as well as guided tours, creative workshops, concerts and family-friendly activities.

Special attention is reserved for the enchanting Corsos Nocturnes, the evening parades illuminated and animated by artists, music and live performances, taking place on Thursday, February 19 and Thursday, February 26, 2026, offering a truly magical atmosphere.

Welcoming over 200,000 visitors each year, the Fête du Citron® stands as one of Menton’s most important cultural events, celebrating artisanal excellence, creativity and a unique local identity that has made lemons famous worldwide.
