
The Monaco Department of Cultural Affairs inaugurated on April 8, 2026, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, the photography exhibition “Heritage in Danger”, displayed on the railings of the Saint-Martin Gardens at Le Rocher and open to the public until October 4, 2026.
The exhibition showcases the winners of a photography contest for young people aged 11 to 25, centered on the theme “Heritage in Danger”, aligned with the 2026 European Heritage Days.

This second edition reflects the commitment of the Principality of Monaco to actively involve young generations in heritage preservation and to promote their artistic expression.
The competition, open from January 15 to March 15, 2026, revealed many creative perspectives on Monegasque heritage.

During the official opening, three special “Jury’s Choice” awards were presented by H.S.H. Prince Albert II, across three age categories:
