Fête de la Science 2025 in Monaco: science comes to life through experiments, games and curiosity

A day to experience science up close

On Wednesday, 8 October, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Carrefour Shopping Centre in Fontvieille will host the Fête de la Science 2025, a free event open to everyone and dedicated to scientific outreach and discovery.

Designed for children, families, students, and enthusiasts, the event offers a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the world of science through interactive workshops, playful experiments, demonstrations, and meetings with researchers and experts.

A journey through experiments, nature and history

Among the highlights of the day:

🔹 Musée d’Anthropologie Préhistorique de Monaco – a journey back to humanity’s origins, exploring tools, burials and ancient artefacts that tell the story of early humans around the Mediterranean.

🔹 Centre Scientifique de Monaco – innovative projects focused on understanding and protecting the natural environment, with an emphasis on marine research and sustainability.

🔹 Association Monégasque pour la Protection de la Nature – the voice of Monaco’s Marine Protected Areas, working to preserve the biodiversity of the Mediterranean.

🔹 Association Monégasque de Préhistoire – hands-on workshops to learn excavation techniques and discover the gestures of archaeologists.

🔹 Spéléo Club de Monaco – an invitation to adventure, exploring the hidden underground environments of our planet.

The Fête de la Science is more than just an exhibition: it’s a meeting point between science and curiosity, designed to spark wonder and inspire a love for knowledge.
