Bruno Mantovani, the artistic director of the festival, announced on Friday, December 13th, the details of the 41st edition of the Printemps des Arts festival in Monte-Carlo, which will take place in 2025.
This edition will hold special significance as the festival celebrates the centenary of the birth of the renowned composer Pierre Boulez. The program will offer a comprehensive overview of his artistic journey, exploring his influences, musical tastes, and connections with other great figures of his time.
Among the most represented composers will be Wagner, Bruckner, Ravel, as well as prominent figures like Schönberg and his followers, Dalbavie, Eötvös, and not forgetting composers like Dowland and Monteverdi. In total, the works of 46 composers will be performed by over 400 artists.
