As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the attractiveness of the Principality and ensuring a Public Service of excellence, the Princely Government has implemented an awareness program for welcoming and supporting residents and future residents. In a context of increased competition to attract talents and investors, characterized by unprecedented mobility of cosmopolitan individuals, this program constitutes a strategic response allowing the Principality to further strengthen the excellence of its reception services.
Developed under the impetus of the Strategic Council for Attractiveness and implemented by the Attractiveness Unit, in consultation with the Human Resources and Public Service Training Department (DRHFFP), these sessions address key themes such as relationship management, the sense of Public Service, reception techniques, both telephone and in-person, in a multicultural context.
They involve nearly seventy state officials and agents, essential in welcoming and supporting residents in the Principality, particularly within the Economic Development Department, the National Education, Youth and Sports Department, the Tax Services Department, the Labor Department, the Employment Service, the Residents, Certifications and Lost Property Section of the Public Safety Department. “This program reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement of the reception in the Principality, at a time when competition to attract investors and talents is intensifying,” said Frédéric Genta, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition.
