Deliveries of the buildings included in the National Plan for Monaco Citizens’ Housing continue. On April 30, 2024, representatives from the Government and the National Council visited Building C of the public housing operation “Grand Ida,” now called “Résidence Héméra.” This 13-story building comprises 48 units, including 13 two-room apartments, 11 three-room apartments, and 24 four-room apartments. The delegation explored the spacious interiors and terraces and appreciated the quality of the materials used. These apartments come with a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The households allocated during the Allocation Commission on February 13, 2024, visited these units in April and accepted them in the vast majority. They will be able to move in very soon. The building also includes two commercial spaces on the ground floor and the R+2 level, which will be allocated in May 2024. Upon completion, this real estate complex will consist of two additional buildings, totaling 224 units, with 56 for private owners and 168 for Monégasque citizens. Other shops will also be delivered on the ground floor of Building B. Building A will feature a nursery with 35 cribs and an AMAPEI facility with 10 units for 9 residents and 3 caregivers.
