Amazónico Monte-Carlo: the new restaurant in the Principality of Monaco

Ideally situated on the Rooftop of the new Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, in the heart of the Principality of Monaco, Amazónico Monte-Carlo will open its doors on April 5, 2024, to offer a unique gastronomic experience.

More than just a restaurant, Amazónico Monte-Carlo is a journey along the banks of the Amazon River, an immersion into the cultures, atmosphere, and flavors of the countries that line the world’s largest river. Offering creative cuisine, cocktails, live entertainment, and a private club, all in a breathtaking setting, the experience will be enjoyed year-round without restrictions.

Created in Madrid in 2010 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the concept of Amazónico spread to London in 2015, then to Dubai in collaboration with the D.ream Group. Now, it arrives in the historic heart of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, within the new vision given to gastronomy and entertainment in the true style of Monte Carlo.

At the heart of a tropical forest, Amazónico Monte-Carlo offers a vibrant experience. From dinner until late at night, the experience takes place on one of the most fascinating rooftops in the world, in different spaces designed for different moments, immersing in the abundance of the rainforest.

With a lounge bar, restaurant, private club, both indoors and on the terrace of nearly 1000 square meters, the immersion into a breathtaking, opulent, and lushly vegetated environment is immediate. The 100% Amazónico design, conceived by artist and decorator Lázaro Rosa-Violan and orchestrated by the Direction and built heritage of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, completes the magical atmosphere.

Additionally, a privatizable space inspired by the jungle, with a cigar terrace, offers the opportunity to experience Amazónico Monte-Carlo privately, under the stars, for a maximum of 30 people.

The menu signed by Sandro Silva draws from the culinary repertoire of the Amazon regions, blending tropical, Latin American, Asian, and Mediterranean influences to delight taste buds with familiar and surprising flavors.

Amazónico Monte-Carlo is also a festive and vibrant experience. Live performances of Latin jazz, bossa nova, and Cuban music animate evenings on the restaurant side, while resident DJs create an electrifying atmosphere in the bar and lounge club, with a fusion of electronic and Latin sounds, the musical signature of Amazónico.

Hidden behind a mysterious staircase with leopard print and a hypnotic ceiling, the club offers a more intimate and welcoming atmosphere, reserved exclusively for restaurant guests, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, to continue celebrating with enchanting cocktails and enveloping music.
