Truffle Festival in Saint-Laurent-du-Var 2024
The seventh edition of the Truffle Festival in Saint-Laurent-du-Var will take place on Sunday, February 4, 2024, in the Town Hall square.
Organized by the Lions Club and the city of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, in collaboration with the Truffle Growers’ Union of Alpes-Maritimes, the seventh edition of the Truffle Festival in Saint-Laurent presents an ambitious program featuring stalls, animations, meetings, and gastronomy.
For the little ones, there will be an inflatable structure and an educational farm available. Among the new additions is a culinary show and demonstrations of fruit and vegetable sculptures. Not to forget one of the highlights of the event, always highly appreciated by visitors: the demonstration of truffle dogs!
At noon, it will be possible to have lunch with dishes based on truffles and menus proposed by chefs (discovery menu at €23 and connoisseur menu at €39). The invitation is extended to families, to discover the secrets of the “black diamond” and spend a day dedicated to taste and smell.
The schedule:
9 am: Sale of lottery tickets and presentation of baskets 10:30 am: Truffle dog demonstration 12 pm: Catering and tasting of dishes prepared with truffles 12:30 pm: Official interventions 3 pm: Truffle dog demonstration and presentation of sculptures made with fruits and vegetables 3:30 pm: Culinary animations 5 pm: Drawing of lottery tickets.
