Following the success of the first edition in 2023, Prométhée Earth Intelligence, CNES, and the Monaco Office of Space Affairs are organizing the second edition of the Ocean Space Forum. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the prestigious Oceanographic Museum of Monaco.

This year, the Forum will again bring together prominent figures from the fields of research, politics, and economics to highlight the contribution of New Space technologies to the conservation and sustainable management of our most precious resource: the Ocean.

The program features exciting roundtables that, through the lens of space, will address essential topics such as marine ecosystem conservation, the development of the blue economy, combating climate change and its impact on the oceans, and the conservation of marine resources.

The OSF 2024 will be a significant milestone on the road to the third United Nations Ocean Conference, jointly organized by the governments of France and Costa Rica, to be held in Nice from June 9 to 14, 2025. This conference will play a key role in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 14, aimed at conserving and sustainably using the oceans, seas, and marine resources for development.

Join us on July 2 in Monaco to help shape a future where New Space proposes concrete solutions to preserve the Ocean and its riches for future generations.
