The Auron ski resort is set to host the prestigious culinary event “Les Chefs au Sommet” from January 15 to 20, 2025. This unmissable event, celebrating its 13th edition, promises an exceptional culinary experience in the heart of the Mercantour mountains.
The event will be sponsored by the distinguished Denis Ferault, Best Worker of France and Principal of the Jeanne and Paul Augier High School in Nice.
Over 20 renowned chefs and pastry chefs will participate, including Guillaume Winterstein, Jean Philippe Blondet, Nicolas Rondelli, and Steve Morrachini.
Every evening, exceptional menus priced at €55 will be offered at participating restaurants. On Saturday night, the central square will come alive with a show cooking event featuring chefs and pastry chefs, offering delightful tastings of exquisite dishes.
For a gourmet awakening, a special breakfast will be offered to skiers on Sunday morning, complete with barista demonstrations and tastings.
Les Toques Brûlées, led by David and Noëlle Faure, will heat up the snow front with their outdoor barbecue on Sunday at noon.
An exceptional duo, Stéphane Mangin and Victor Delpierre, will promise gourmet and creative demonstrations. Culinary workshops, available to all for €7, will be led by passionate chefs. Spectacular culinary demonstrations will be provided daily by the “5-7 Gourmands” after skiing.
