Promenade en Fête in Cagnes-sur-Mer

For 27 years, the city of Cagnes-sur-Mer has been promoting the “reappropriation” of its coastline by residents and tourists through a series of interventions and events focused on the coastal area.

The redevelopment works of the coastline and the famous “Promenade de la Plage” are a significant example.

The city has continued with ambitious initiatives, including the traditional “smart Sundays” in spring and, during summer, “Promenade en Fête”.

On Saturday, June 22, 2024, Cagnes-sur-Mer will host a popular, family-friendly, warm, musical, and completely free celebration, where the pedestrian promenade will welcome over 20,000 people.

The event will feature “musical zones” and the always spectacular fireworks.

Five musical stages will entertain the audience on the Promenade de la Plage with various rhythms starting from 8:30 PM, offering a variety of musical genres for an unforgettable evening to spend with family or friends along the Promenade.

High-level artists will perform on the different stages from 8:30 PM to midnight.

Free activities will be offered for all ages: inflatable structures for children and Ninja Challenge for teenagers and adults, not to mention the magnificent pyrotechnic show on the sea at 10:15 PM.

The restaurant terraces will be expanded to ensure better access.

Traffic will be prohibited on the Promenade de la Plage between Boulevard Kennedy and Avenue Jean Jaurès on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM the next day.

Two thousand free parking spaces will be set up at the racecourse, open for the occasion from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
