Events of February 2025 at the Monaco Mediatheque

The Monaco Mediatheque, a cultural hub of the Principality, offers a wide range of events designed for all types of audiences. Conferences, film screenings followed by debates, meetings with authors and artists, concerts, and literary workshops take place between the Louis Notari Library and the José Notari Video-Sound Library. For younger audiences, the Princess Caroline Library Ludothèque offers creative and fun workshops, along with many stimulating activities.

LOUIS NOTARI LIBRARY

• Games and Manga – “Manga Blabla”
  Wednesday, February 19 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM: A meeting dedicated to manga, manhwa, webtoons, and animations, with plenty of time for playing too! (Free, for ages 10 and up. Registration required at +377 93 15 22 72 or mediatheque.mc)
• Popcorn Cinema for Families
  Friday, February 21 at 6:00 PM – Screening of the film “Le tableau” by Jean-François Laguionie (2011), presented by Jean-Paul Commin. (For children aged 6 and up, accompanied by an adult. Free access)

JOSÉ NOTARI VIDEO-SOUND LIBRARY

• Picnic Music Live – “Hot Coffee Jazz Trio”
  Tuesday, February 25 at 12:15 PM – A jazz trio made up of two acoustic guitarists and a bassist, offering a mix of jazz, jazz manouche, pop, and French songs. (Free access)

PRINCESS CAROLINE LIBRARY – LUDOTHÈQUE

• Comic Creation Workshop
  From Thursday, February 13 to Friday, February 14, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – A workshop to discover the secrets of comics, from writing to coloring. (Mandatory registration for both days, ages 8 and up. Free, register at +377 93 15 22 72 or mediatheque.mc)
• Creative Workshop – “Poems on Pebbles”
