Presided over by Mrs. Isabelle BERRO-AMADEÏ, Government Counselor-Minister of External Relations and Cooperation, the 24th meeting of information and exchange between the Princely Government and the Monegasque International Solidarity Organizations (OSI) was held on Friday, June 7, at the Rainier III Auditorium. This event, organized by the Directorate of International Cooperation (DCI), whose last edition dates back to 2022, brought together about thirty NGOs, foundations, service clubs, and collectives of Monegasque associations working in the field of international solidarity. In her welcome speech, Mrs. BERRO-AMADEÏ thanked the OSIs for their unwavering commitment to reducing inequalities in all its forms. She also praised the partnership between the Princely Government and the Monegasque OSIs, which contributes to pooling efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations in favor of the most vulnerable populations. As a strong symbol of this partnership, the “Country Coordinators,” representatives of the Directorate of Cooperation in the field, also took part in the meeting to present their support in the field within the framework of joint project monitoring.

Mrs. Isabelle ROSABRUNETTO, Director General of the Department of External Relations and Cooperation, and the Department of the Interior, represented by Mr. BEAUSEIGNEUR, Technical Advisor, recalled the rules and obligations related to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism that fall on the Monegasque OSIs.

During this meeting, the DCI also reviewed the major events that have

punctuated the last two years, particularly the celebration of the 15th anniversary of Monaco Collectif Humanitaire, and presented the calls for projects organized for the Monegasque OSIs as well as the skills enhancement program.

The OSIs took the floor to present their activities and the OSI platform, an information and exchange interface for best practices bringing together more than 50 organizations. Newly created associations also had the opportunity to present their actions. Find the International Solidarity Organizations and their actions on osimonaco.org and on the dedicated Facebook page.
