1. Monapass: The App to Keep All Your Tickets Handy
The Government of the Prince, in collaboration with the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco and the City of Monaco, has launched Monapass, an app designed for commuters, tourists, and residents of the city center. Its goal is to simplify access to all transport tickets, whether for buses, bicycles, street parking, or electronic tickets for cultural events, AS Monaco matches, or cinema, all within a single application.

Monapass not only allows users to organize and pay for their travels but also provides real-time information on transport options, such as bus schedules or the availability of electric bikes.

2. Citymapper: The App to Never Get Lost
Citymapper has become the go-to app for getting around, available in various cities including London, Berlin, Tokyo, Lyon, Paris, New York, and Monaco. Whether walking, biking, or taking the bus, simply choose your preferred route and the app will save your choice for future searches. You can also specify if you want to use accessible routes for people with reduced mobility. An interesting feature is the ability to track calories burned during your journey.

Although often considered a tourist app, Citymapper is also perfect for daily life. Available in many international cities, it’s useful for both residents and visitors to the Principality.

3. Monaco Bus: The App for All Things Bus-Related
Monaco Bus is an app that provides information on bus schedules and routes within the Principality. While other apps and screens at bus stops offer similar services, Monaco Bus stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. If you’re running late and need to quickly know when the next bus will arrive at your desired stop, this app is particularly useful and intuitive.

4. Mobee: The App for Renting an Electric Car
With the rise of electric vehicles, the Principality of Monaco created Mobee, a 100% electric car-sharing service.

There are three options available: Mobeelity, offering 22 Peugeot e-208s, spacious cars ideal for long trips, with a range of 340 km, perfect for travel around the PACA region or Liguria. The Mobeecity service provides 35 electric Twizys, with a range of 70 km, ideal for short trips. Additionally, 10 Teslas have been added for those looking for a more luxurious and comfortable ride.

In all three cases, the benefits are many: the ability to use an electric vehicle only when needed, without having to pay for street parking in the Principality or in the 35 partnered parking locations.

5. PBSC: The App for Renting Bicycles
With 390 Monabike bicycles already available, PBSC is the ideal service for getting around the city. Thanks to a real-time map showing the location of bikes and stations, the app is perfect for planning your journeys. Renting a bicycle is easy: just scan the QR code at one of the 49 smart stations.

For even greater convenience, you can create a personal profile and save your preferences. This makes it easier to rent daily, annual, or single-ride passes.

All the apps are available for download on both Android and IOS.

Now all that’s left is to organize your trip to the Principality of Monaco.
