From August 18 to 24, 2025, the much-anticipated Roumiage returns to Coumboscuro—an annual cultural festival that unites Italy and France through a rich calendar of events dedicated to memory, tradition, and intercultural dialogue. This year’s edition, organised in collaboration with More News, aims to be more than ever a cultural bridge between the two countries, celebrating shared languages, music, heritage, and identity.
The central theme of Roumiage 2025 is “da paire en fi”, or “from father to son”, focusing on intergenerational transmission. This meaningful theme will be explored through dozens of events including conferences, symbolic walks, theatre, music, communal meals, and popular traditions.
Among the highlights is the return of the Traversado, a symbolic march retracing the ancient paths of migration and smuggling between Provence and Piedmont. A physical and cultural journey, following the footsteps of pilgrims, poets, and minority languages—embodying the true spirit of the festival.
On Sunday, August 24, don’t miss the exclusive concert event featuring, for the first time together on stage, Alberto Bertoli and Filippo Graziani—two heirs of Italian songwriting, who carry on the legacy and artistic spirit of their fathers, Pierangelo and Ivan. Opening the concert is patois singer-songwriter Ludovico Sanmartino.
🎫 Single ticket: €20 – available in advance on Mailticket
