The National Education Information Centre (CIEN) announces that bookings for activities offered as part of the Pass’Sport Culture programme for summer 2025 will open from Thursday, 12 June 2025.

The Pass’Sport Culture is a scheme aimed at young people, residents or students in the Principality, aged between 11 and 25. A flat fee of 60 euros grants access throughout the summer to a wide range of sports, cultural, educational, and leisure activities. As a true tool for personal development, it promotes access to a diverse offer in a structured and supervised setting.

To be able to make bookings, you must hold the Pass’Sport Culture membership card for the 2024-2025 year.
• Cardholders can go directly to the CIEN from Thursday, 12 June to book summer activities.
• Those who do not yet have the card must complete their administrative registration by 9 June 2025 at the latest.

Registration can be done:
• Online, via the dedicated teleservice at www.loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc (available to those who already have an active account with the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre or the Pass’Sport Culture).
• Or by paper version, by submitting the file to the CIEN or by sending it via email to passsportculture@gouv.mc. The forms are available on site and on the website: cien.gouv.mc/mission-jeunesse

This teleservice is part of the administrative simplification initiative under the Extended Monaco programme, which works to modernize public services through digital technology. This solution allows users to complete their procedures in just a few clicks, independently and securely.

It is therefore essential to anticipate this administrative process in order not to miss the opening of registrations for summer activities.

For any questions or additional information, CIEN remains at your disposal.
