The Princely Government informs Monegasques, residents, or parents of teenagers aged 11 to 25 enrolled in schools in Monaco that it is now possible to complete the administrative registration for the Pass’Sport Culture for the 2024-2025 school year online via the new dedicated online service, accessible at loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc.

The Pass’Sport Culture is implemented by the Department of National Education, Youth, and Sports in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs and numerous Monegasque associations. The digitalization of this service is the result of collaboration with the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition as part of the Extended Monaco program.

The goal of this initiative is to promote culture and sports among the youth of the Principality of Monaco by offering them, during school holidays, a wide range of activities and discounted entry fees to local museums.

If you have already registered with the Prince Albert II Leisure Center or the Pass’Sport Culture, you already have a personal account:
From the loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc website, log in to your personal account using your username and password, select the Pass’Sport Culture section, and follow the steps to complete the administrative registration.

If you do not yet have a personal account:
Submitting a paper application to the offices of the National Education Information Center (CIEN) is mandatory.

Once the administrative registration is completed and validated by the relevant authorities, young people will receive a membership card for the current school year. They will then be able to enjoy a rich and varied program of sports and cultural activities during school holidays.

The activity program will be available online 15 days before each holiday period. Activity registrations can be made in person at CIEN, by phone, or by email.
