This Tuesday, September 24, Christophe Robino, Government Counselor-Minister of Social Affairs and Health, accompanied by professionals and representatives of health institutions in the Principality, wished to meet with medical and pharmacy students with ties to Monaco. The objective was to raise their awareness of the medical specialties that are or will be in demand in the coming years in the Monegasque territory.
The purpose of this meeting is to anticipate the needs for healthcare professionals, better understand the students’ choices (specialties, places of practice, etc.), and enhance the attractiveness of medical professions in Monaco.
On this occasion, Christophe Robino emphasized that “youth is the strength of tomorrow. It is a pleasure to meet these students to present them with career opportunities in hospitals as well as the possibilities of setting up practices in the city to ensure a local medical offering that meets the population’s needs. This should allow the hospital to focus on its core mission and on providing highly specialized patient care. My concern as Minister of Health is to encourage and support them in their future professional careers.”
