Following the widespread acclaim of its inaugural edition, Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse unveils the second season of Nectars & Naturalité, an exceptional gastronomic series running until 25 March 2026. A cycle of exclusive dinners designed for connoisseurs and enthusiasts, offering the opportunity to enjoy truly unique sensory experiences in one of the world’s most iconic fine-dining destinations.

The concept stems from the meeting of Alain Ducasse’s culinary vision and the contemporary sensibility of Chef Emmanuel Pilon, who together champion an essential, refined cuisine rooted in deep respect for the product. At its heart lies a philosophy that celebrates naturality, drawing inspiration from the aromas and flavours of the Mediterranean, and transforming each dish into an expression of balance and precision.

Each Nectars & Naturalité evening unfolds as a sophisticated dialogue between cuisine and wine. The menus are paired with outstanding wine selections from renowned maisons and prestigious wine estates, creating bespoke tasting journeys designed to elevate both plate and glass.

Set within the timeless elegance of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the series accompanies guests from autumn through spring with a carefully curated calendar of events. Each dinner offers the chance to discover iconic labels and benchmark wine regions, enhanced by menus crafted specifically for the occasion.

Among the upcoming highlights are the dinner on 23 January featuring Domaine Jean-Louis Chave from Hermitage, and the closing event on 25 March 2026, dedicated to Château Angélus, a flagship estate of Saint-Émilion.
