A Summer to Experience: Events, Emotions, and Beauty in Mougins

In the heart of Provence, Mougins comes alive with events and color during a summer season that blends culture, entertainment, and tradition. Until September 28, monumental art, open-air shows, live music, themed nights, and activities for all ages turn the village into a true oasis of joy.

Cinema Under the Stars: Movies for All in Magical Settings

Every Wednesday until August 27 at 9:30 p.m., open-air cinema returns to Eco’Parc and Jardin des Restanques. Free screenings for the whole family, from Superman to French comedies like Un p’tit truc en plus. Gates open at 7:30 p.m.

Apéro Food: Street Food & Live Music

On July 18 and 19, from 6 p.m. to midnight, Eco’Parc hosts two vibrant nights of live music and gourmet street food. Performances by Marjorie Martinez, High Wood, and Cup Cake, paired with food trucks and craft breweries. Free entry.

Ciné Guinguette: Music, Theatre & Retro Charm

On July 31, in Place des Patriotes, Ciné Guinguette brings a poetic and musical journey through cinema history, with performances by Sophie Chiara, Nicolas Carré, and Serge Salacroup on piano. Free, 1h10, for all audiences.

Themed Evenings: Fluo, White, Jazz, and Liberation

  • August 2: Fluo Party in Mougins-le-Haut with UV lights and DJ Julien Mancini. Dress code: fluo.

  • August 9: Jean-Paul Alimi’s Ciné Jazz Project mixes jazz and film under the stars.

  • August 14: The iconic Soirée Blanche takes over the old town from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. with DJ La Luna. All white attire required, free shuttle service available.

  • August 23: Celebrations for the 81st anniversary of the Liberation with vintage vehicles, pin-up shows, and a retro DJ set.

  • August 24: The Saint-Barthélemy Festival returns with a mass, open-air aperitif, and traditional roasted pork.

Monumental Art: Sculptures Across the Village

Until September 28, the village hosts bronze sculptures by Emmanuel Michel, inspired by the five continents and made from recycled metal. A fun discovery trail with a 1€ game booklet for children. Some works are also on display at the Lavoir (July 18–August 3).

Discover Mougins: Bell Towers, Guided Tours & Games

  • Daily themed tours (except Tuesdays): village secrets and Picasso’s Mougins (7–10 €, free under 12).

  • Panoramic view from the bell tower of Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur church: 80 steps to breathtaking views (5 €, booking required).

  • Fireworks from above: six exclusive evenings to watch Cannes’ fireworks from the bell tower (20 €, 10 € children).

  • Petanque with a view: play for free on Place des Patriotes (equipment provided by the Tourist Office).

  • Escape Game: an adventure across Mougins following the legend of Gaspard de Besse. (1.5–2 hours, 20 € per group, max 8 people).
