On December 6, Monaco will once again turn red — and not just for Christmas. The Principality is gearing up for the 21st edition of the Red Nose Day, the charity event organized by Les Enfants de Frankie under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, a long-standing symbol of solidarity and compassion in the Principality.
This year again, the initiative invites everyone — young and old — to wear a red nose as a gesture of support for sick, disabled, or disadvantaged children living in Monaco and the PACA region.
To mark over two decades of dedication, the association is launching a special collector’s edition, retracing the history of the famous red noses — from the classic designs to those decorated with smileys, hearts, and stars, as well as festive Christmas versions and solidarity shopping bags.
These items will be available from mid-October in supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, and official stands, at the symbolic price of €2.50 for noses and bags, and €5 for Christmas ornaments.
All proceeds will go directly to Les Enfants de Frankie’s projects, which for over 25 years have been bringing smiles and hope to the most vulnerable children.
“Supporting Les Enfants de Frankie is more than an act of generosity — it’s an act of love, bringing comfort and joy to those who need it most,” the organizers emphasize.
A highlight of the 2025 edition is the launch of the #FrankieMonaco social campaign, inviting everyone to share a photo with their red nose, helping the symbol of solidarity “travel” beyond Monaco’s borders. The most shared photo will receive a special surprise from Frankie, the clown mascot of the initiative.
Throughout the day, public events and official stands will be set up at the CHPG, the SNCF station, and the Fontvieille Shopping Gallery, offering the opportunity to buy solidarity items, meet volunteers, and join in a collective moment of kindness and community.
With the support of EFG Private Banking and the collaboration of Smiley World Limited, the 21st Monaco Red Nose Day promises to be a celebration of joy, color, and compassion, once again uniting the Principality in one big, warm-hearted embrace. ❤️
