The Principality of Monaco is set to host the 5th edition of the Monaco PropTech Symposia, an international event dedicated to technological innovations transforming the global real estate sector. The conference will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Yacht Club de Monaco, as part of the Monaco International Investment Forum (MIIF).

Organized by the Government of the Principality of Monaco in collaboration with the Monaco Economic Board, the symposium serves as a platform for dialogue between investors, entrepreneurs, researchers and public decision-makers, all coming together to explore the key transformations currently shaping the global real estate market.

The theme of the 2026 edition, “PropTech: Accelerator of Innovation & Growth in Real Estate,” highlights the growing role of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and digital solutions, in creating new development models and economic opportunities within the property sector.

The conference will be moderated by Geneviève Berti, Director of Communication for the Government of Monaco, and forms part of the initiatives linked to the “Real Estate Tech” Chair, created in 2019 through a partnership between the Principality of Monaco and ESCP Business School, one of Europe’s leading business schools.

During the symposium, participants will also discover the PropTech Barometer 2025, a key analytical tool that examines major industry trends and the impact of technological innovation on the international real estate market.

International Speakers

The 2026 edition will bring together leading global experts in PropTech and real estate investment.

Among the speakers is Jaime Luque, Professor of Real Estate and Director of the Real Estate Institute at ESCP Business School, holder of the Government of Monaco’s “Real Estate Tech” Chair, and advisor to the European Commission on housing policy.

Also speaking will be Jesse Witkowski, founder of the DFX platform, an AI-based system designed to support real estate investors in capital management and market analysis.

The panel will also feature Ahmed Mahil Ana, Founder and CEO of LUYTEN 3D, a pioneering company specializing in AI-powered 3D concrete printing, developing innovative technologies to make construction faster, more sustainable and more efficient.

Completing the lineup is Miguel Nigorra, Partner and Head of Europe at Fifth Wall, one of the world’s leading venture capital funds focused on real estate technologies.

According to Diego Bonaventura, Head of Digital Economy for the Government of Monaco, the symposium represents a strategic opportunity to explore how technological innovation is accelerating growth in the real estate sector, transforming traditional assets and opening new global investment opportunities.

The event will begin at 5:00 p.m. with guest reception, followed by the opening ceremony at 5:30 p.m. and introductory remarks by Ludmilla Raconnat Le Goff, National Attractiveness Officer for the Government of Monaco and Secretary General of the Strategic Council for Attractiveness.
