A legendary night for the Monegasque team at the 51st Rolex Fastnet Race. Black Jack 100, the maxi monohull owned by Remon Vos and helmed by Tristan Le Brun, crossed the finish line first in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin after 2 days, 12 hours, 31 minutes, and 21 seconds of pure adrenaline. A victory won meter by meter, with a decisive overtake near the iconic Fastnet Rock and a flawless strategy that allowed the Yacht Club de Monaco crew to fully exploit the 20+ knot gusts. A long-awaited revenge after last year’s narrow defeat at the Middle Sea Race.

Behind Black Jack 100, the fierce SHK Scallywag gave way only in the final miles, while Leopard 3 – another YCM representativesnatched third place in real time, just seconds away from second position. But celebrations are only partial: the Admiral’s Cup, returning this year with a revamped format, is still undecided. The final standings will depend on the IRC corrected times, where every second can reshape the outcome of this international team challenge.

The Yacht Club de Monaco is also competing with Jolt 3 and Jolt 6, skippered by Peter Harrison and Pierre Casiraghi, in a tight race against Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. Other members are making their mark, including Oren Nataf on the multihull Rayon Vert, and young Didier Schouten, making his first-ever Channel crossing.

With the Palermo–Montecarlo race just around the corner and the final rankings still uncertain, Monaco reaffirms its status as a major force in world sailing, in a Fastnet Race edition destined to be remembered for its intensity, twists, and sheer adrenaline.
