This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic Niçoise culture, savoring exquisite dishes and prestigious wines in a festive and convivial atmosphere.
A Sensory Journey Through Flavors and Melodies
From 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the aperitif-style event will offer an unforgettable experience where live music and traditional cuisine come together to create lasting memories.
The special guests of the evening will be Dous de Dous and singer Julia Ross, inviting you to dance to the rhythms of traditional Niçoise melodies.
But it’s not just about music—talented chefs will reinterpret local flavors with exclusive dishes, while the renowned wines of Bellet will perfectly complement every bite.
Bellet Wines & Vineyard Stories
The culinary delights will be paired with a refined selection of wines from Domaine de Bellet, Crémat, Saint Jean, Collet de Bovis, and Domaine de la Source.
For the occasion, the Dieselle Compagnie will entertain guests with stories and songs about wine, vineyards, and festive traditions.
👉 Free wine tasting with the purchase of a personalized tasting glass engraved with the Bellet appellation. Additionally, white, red, and rosé wines will be available for purchase—ideal for pairing with dishes prepared by the chefs of Les Toques Brûlées.
