With the arrival of warmer days and the reopening of numerous seasonal venues, the 2025 season has officially begun in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, promising a period full of vitality and new experiences.

This year, the renowned Côte d’Azur destination is aiming for a “four seasons” tourism model, designed to attract visitors throughout the year, not just during summer, thus strengthening its role as a dynamic and welcoming year-round destination.

Juan-les-Pins Transformed: Renewed Beaches and Revitalized Promenades
At the heart of the attention and investments, the extensive redevelopment project of the Juan-les-Pins coastline continues to take shape with significant progress. Most beaches are already accessible, with only two areas temporarily closed until 2026 to complete the works.

Not only Juan-les-Pins beaches, but also those of Antibes, Ondes, Gallice, Croûton, Salis, Ponteil, Gravette, Garoupe, Fort Carré, Fontonne, and other nearby spots are already popular among residents and tourists seeking to enjoy the sea in a renewed and enhanced natural environment.

Spring Full of Events: The May and June Calendar
Spring arrives packed with cultural and sporting events that enliven the city with a variety of proposals for everyone. Here are the key dates to mark on your calendar:

  • Festival Les Nuits Carrées, June 12–14: live music heating up Antibes’ evenings with artists and bands of various genres.

  • BullPadel Show 06, June 20–21: a high-level sporting event combining competition and entertainment.

  • Festival L’Humour à la Plage, June 26–28: three days of guaranteed comedy and fun on the beaches of Antibes.

The Triumphant Return of Le Provençal: An Art Deco Icon Reborn
One of the most anticipated novelties this season is the rebirth of Le Provençal, the historic Art Deco building closed since 1977. Now transformed into a luxury residence, the complex includes 41 apartments designed by the British group Caudwell, who have given new life to this architectural symbol.

Located at the gates of Cap d’Antibes, Le Provençal will offer not only prestigious homes but also shops and wellness areas, creating an exclusive hub in the heart of the city. The first apartments will be available this summer, with prices starting from 4.5 million euros. More information can be found at caudwell.com.

Reopenings and New Energy for the Summer
Spring also marks the awakening of hotels, restaurants, and boutiques, which after a winter break have reopened their doors with renovated spaces and new offers. Antibes Juan-les-Pins is thus ready to welcome the summer season with a vibrant atmosphere, full of relaxation, culture, and innovation, prepared to host tourists and locals alike in a refreshed and opportunity-rich environment.
