From November 27 to 30, 2026, the Chapiteau de Monaco will welcome the 29th edition of Monte-Carlo Gastronomie, organised by Caroli Com – Groupe Caroli. Over four days, this eagerly anticipated event will bring together more than 100 producers from France, Italy and other European countries, offering visitors the opportunity to discover and taste a wide selection of gourmet products.
Across a 2,500-square-metre exhibition space, visitors will find foie gras, truffles, caviar, chocolate and confectionery, cheeses, cured meats, organic products, jams, champagne, wines, liqueurs and spirits. A journey through the flavours and culinary traditions of Europe, with plenty of opportunities to meet the producers.
Throughout the four days, chefs will take to the stage for live cooking demonstrations, sharing their expertise, techniques and inspiration with the public.
One of the highlights will be the 8th edition of the Maestro Chef competition, featuring eight amateur cooks. Organised in partnership with Monaco Goût et Saveurs, the competition will run from Friday, November 27 to Sunday, November 29. Participants will prepare a different recipe each day, judged by a panel of Monégasque chefs and Charlène Mazza, winner of the 2025 edition. The final will take place on Sunday, November 29, from 12:00 pm to 3:15 pm.
Young cooking enthusiasts will also have their moment in the spotlight with the 5th edition of Maestro Kids. Nine children from schools in the Principality will take part in the challenge, whose theme is “Invent your own sweet or savoury clafoutis”. The competition is organised in partnership with Monaco Goût et Saveurs and will be judged by a panel of Monégasque chefs.
Monte-Carlo Gastronomie will also host several awards recognising the quality, creativity and expertise of producers.
The Slow Food Monaco Riviera Côte d’Azur awards will assess products according to a range of criteria, including quality, production methods, origin, distribution, originality and innovation.
The Monte-Carlo Gastronomie Wine & Spirits Awards will honour wines, champagnes, liqueurs and spirits. The tasting will be held under the direction of Dominique Milardi, Honorary President of the Association Monégasque des Sommeliers. A public professional tasting demonstration is scheduled for Friday, November 27, from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
The awards ceremony for both competitions will take place on Friday, November 27, from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
The event is supported by several partner organisations, including Monaco Goût et Saveurs, Slow Food Monaco Riviera Côte d’Azur, the Association des Maîtres d’hôtels italiens et français, the Association Monégasque des Sommeliers and the Association de l’Industrie Hôtelière Monégasque.
