The Principality of Monaco is getting ready for a week of Halloween activities designed to entertain children, teenagers and families. Organised by the Municipality of Monaco, the programme will begin on Saturday, 24 October, with a creative costume-making workshop, followed by a full day of games, shows and themed activities on Saturday, 31 October, at several locations across the city.
From mysterious stories and magical potions to mascots and Halloween decorations, the events will offer entertainment for different age groups. The celebrations will conclude with extended opening hours at the Luna Park at Port Hercule, which will remain open until midnight on Halloween night.
The first event will take place on Saturday, 24 October 2026, from 10 am to 11.30 am, in the A Fàbrica room at Parc Princesse Antoinette.
The creative workshop is open to children aged six and over. Participants will be able to design and personalise their own Halloween costume by making either a skirt or a cape, bringing their imagination and creativity to life.
Admission is free, but advance registration is required. Places are limited.

The Halloween celebrations will continue on Saturday, 31 October, from 11 am at the Médiathèque Caroline with the event “Tell Me… a Halloween Story… I’m Not Afraid!”
Witches, ghosts, monsters and other mysterious creatures will feature in a storytelling session held in the library’s tiered seating area. Designed for children aged four and over, the event will offer spooky tales and a touch of suspense in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
Admission is free, with no ticket required, making it a great opportunity to introduce younger children to the joy of storytelling through the magic of Halloween.
On the afternoon of 31 October, Parc Princesse Antoinette will become one of Monaco’s main Halloween destinations for families. From 2 pm to 5.30 pm, children will be able to enjoy a variety of themed activities, including mascot appearances, face painting, treasure hunts and magical potion-making workshops.
At 2.30 pm, the Halloween Show will take place in the upper section of the park, with access from Boulevard du Jardin Exotique.
In the lower section of the park, accessible from Boulevard de Belgique, La Boîte de Jeux will organise a large-scale game for participants. Sweets and biscuits will also be available for purchase.
Admission to the activities is free and reserved for children aged four and over who live in Monaco or attend school in the Principality.

The celebrations will continue in the evening, from 7.30 pm, at Monaco’s Exotic Garden. The Observatory Cave will host a special event for children and teenagers aged 10 and over, featuring games and activities in an atmospheric setting with Halloween decorations and themed music.
The cave’s unique surroundings will provide a mysterious backdrop for an evening designed for older children and teenagers. Sweets will be distributed at the end of the activities.
Participation is limited to children and teenagers who live in Monaco or attend school in the Principality. Advance registration is compulsory.

Rounding off Monaco’s Halloween programme, the Luna Park at Port Hercule will exceptionally remain open until midnight on Saturday, 31 October.
The extended opening hours will give residents and visitors the opportunity to continue celebrating into the evening, enjoying the rides and attractions.
However, safety rules apply to visitors wearing costumes. Anyone attending in fancy dress is asked not to bring accessories that could be mistaken for weapons, including machetes, axes, pistols, daggers and rifles.
Security staff reserve the right to confiscate any items considered inappropriate or refuse entry to the Luna Park.
From creative workshops for younger children to spooky storytelling sessions, games, shows and evening activities, Monaco is offering a varied programme to celebrate Halloween on Saturday, 31 October 2026.
The Municipality’s events will take place at several locations throughout the Principality, with free activities and workshops requiring advance registration, providing children and teenagers with opportunities for fun, creativity and discovery.
Families planning to attend are advised to check age requirements, admission conditions and registration procedures in advance, particularly for events with limited places.
