The historic train of the “Ferrovia delle Meraviglie” returns for summer 2026, offering one of Europe’s most scenic railway experiences. The journey runs from Turin to the Ligurian Riviera aboard vintage trains, crossing the breathtaking Roya Valley, a natural corridor linking the Alps to the Mediterranean Sea.

Promoted by the Fondazione FS Italiane, the initiative is dedicated to slow tourism and provides passengers with an immersive travel experience combining nature, history, and spectacular landscapes.

The Ferrovia delle Meraviglie is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful railway lines in Europe due to its extraordinary variety of landscapes.
